Supported Employment
Few moments bring us greater joy than celebrating our clients securing employment in their local communities and earning their own income. We collaborate with employers and job coaches to ensure that each individual we support finds the ideal job fit. Building enduring partnerships with businesses that hire individuals with disabilities is a key focus at Loving Hands. Our job coaches provide personalized assistance, guiding clients through the application process, interview preparation, and job readiness. Moreover, our coaches continue to offer on-the-job support for as long as necessary to ensure a smooth transition and sustained success.

1915i services
The 1915i services for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is a Medicaid community care funding program in North Carolina. It combines federal and state funds to offer community-based alternatives to intermediate care facilities.
