The purpose of Loving Hands is to empower individuals with disabilities through education and support, promoting their independence and self-sufficiency.

Kelly Elzie
Kelly is the Founder and proprietor of Loving Hands Health Services, overseeing financial operations and ensuring management success. With a solid foundation as a Special Education teacher, Kelly has dedicated 19 years to working with students facing diverse disabilities, such as LD, AU, SED, RAD, and more.
Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth, Kelly has consistently honed leadership skills throughout his tenure in special education. A graduate of Delaware State University, Kelly currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Outside of his professional endeavors, Kelly values quality time and fosters connections through hosting barbecues with family and friends.
LaKisha Johnson
Lakisha serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Loving Hands Health Services, where her primary responsibilities encompass strategic planning, organizational growth, and ensuring client success. With a robust foundation in direct care work, she has cultivated a profound understanding of various healthcare services and currently serves as a Qualified Professional overseeing the coordination and assessment of client needs and services.
Over the course of her professional journey, Lakisha has consistently honed her leadership skills, emerging as a valuable asset to the community. Her unwavering commitment revolves around delivering exceptional care and fostering robust relationships with clients and their families.
A proud alumna of Barber Scotia College, Lakisha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Beyond her professional endeavors, she relishes spending quality time with her daughter and granddaughter. Her interests extend to entertainment, travel, and cherishing moments with her extended family.
